2013 BMW Alpina 745 reupholstering seats.

We were working on this project for a while someone had apparently broken into this customers car and vandalized his interior seats and panels. The customer was very specific in wanting original leather from BMW.We took on the challenge and ordered the seat skins from BMW and had to wait a 3-4 week period for it to arrive from Germany. So it was mainly a waiting game. While waiting we stripped down the car removed the seats and panels that needed repair and prepared them for their new skins. It was a lot of work removing the seats and covers and very complicated due to all the electronics built into the seat which has, air re-circulation and heat with air bags.
On arrival of the new seat covers we soon realized that they had shipped out some wrong pieces and had to return does pieces, which meant  a big wait again. This was getting to be a big project now with time and space coming into effect. But it was well worth the effort for when the final pieces arrived and installed .The car looked beautiful could not tell the interior was redone. The customer couldn't believe how good it looked  and was extremely pleased.
Another satisfied customer from Cookie Monsta Customs which has done it again .So check the out at CookieMonstaCustoms.com or Facebook or just Google Cookie Monsta Customs.

2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I know its been awhile but Cookie Monsta Customs has done it again. Actually getting Jeep SRT H.i.D. & L.E.D. headlights to work on a 2013 jeep grand cherokee with halogen lights.I know this doesn't sound like any breaking news but its very difficult getting these lights to work on a halogen equipped vehicle. Many have tried and failed and its due to the jeep onboard computer sending pwm signals to the halogen lights for detecting if any light bulb is out. And its not as easy as adding load resistors to the line trying to trick the computer into thinking a halogen is installed.
What they came up with is a recipe of resistors, relays, diodes and capacitors to overcome the problem of flickering h.i.d. and l.e.d.'s. And yes the OEM H.i.D works no aftermarket h.i.d was installed its been almost two weeks now and no problems. A harness was not made due to factory plugs not available solely, unless you bought the whole factory harness, which didn't make any sense because of cost. Anyway the wires were soldered directly to the pins and factory harness for long lasting and durable connections no splice connectors. It was a long tedious process in testing and trying but finally they got it to work. There facebook link is Cookie Monsta Customs . I have also added some pictures and video of the install. Please like and share thanks. You tube link  2014 Jeep Headlight Upgrade.
